This Tabata-Type workout will get your heart rate going and help you burn those calories. It’s short and sweet at just about 6 minutes and you’ll do 4 exercises each for 30 seconds with 10 seconds rest in between. You repeat that twice for a short, intense workout. I offer lots of modifications and you can stay low or go high impact. It works for everyone – Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. All you need is a mat and a med ball.
