Just you and your runners…and maybe a smile or two. 1) Skaters with crossover lunge every 3rd one2) T push ups (cause I love those T push ups)3) 3 front kicks + squat4) Side plank with hip drop5) Other side plank with hip drop6) Plank jack + 2 mountain climbers7) Walk outs to wide mountain climber to arm lift8) Squat jack – arms reach overhead9) Modified side plank with front kick and leg abduction10) Other side plank11) Jack to low squat jack12) Push-up with leg sweep13) Shuffle squat14) 4 jacks + squat thrust2 x 45 sec / 15 res in betweenFitness with PJ: I’m your tough love trainer, for the not so tough.
