These are a few of my workout moves for working out and getting toned abs, toned arms and strong toned legs. Along with that I try and walk every where, take the stairs when possible and make it fun!! If it feels like a workout you will not stick to it. But if you do enough to kick start your metabolism in order to continuously burn calories and fat through the day! Also a good way to stay motivated is to indulge once in a while. You don’t want to feel deprived. Anyway here is a simple short look into my not so serious fitness routine. And How I lost 10 pounds. I am in no way a trainer or trying to be, this is just what I do and what works for me, So for any of you who are trying to loose a few extra pounds try this out! Workout routine: 15 crunches 15 lower ab crunches 15 side crunches (each side) 15 bicep curls 15 arm raises 15 lunges 15 squats Stretch & repeat Circuit 3 times! 5xs a week. Have Fun! Tip* walk as often as you can, take the stairs over an elevator or escalator as often as possible! Diet: No Sugar Nothing Fried limit bread to once a day, make sure its whole wheat/high fiber bread. Eat lots of lean protein Lots and lots of leafy greens! My favorite, Kale! & drink lots and lots of water. * Indulge once in a while, at least once a week and have a treat of your choice!
